Our Foundation

GRAN JACOB was originally founded in 2009 by Cristian Jimenez under the name CRISHK. With a focus on website development, domain sales, hosting, and software development, CRISHK aimed to make a mark in the competitive digital landscape. Despite initial challenges and an eventual closure in 2017, Cristian’s journey was far from over.

Following the closure of CRISHK, Cristian spent several years honing his skills and gaining valuable experience as an employee at three different companies in Colombia, including a significant tenure at TATA Consultancy Services, where he contributed to major projects with Bancolombia and Avianca.

In July 2024, inspired by his son Jacob, Cristian decided to refound his company with renewed purpose and vision. The name GRAN JACOB symbolizes greatness and inspiration, with “GRAN” reflecting our ambition to achieve greatness and “JACOB” honoring the profound impact of Cristian’s son on his life and work.
